Benjamin B. Gagliardi

Principal Attorney

Benjamin B. Gagliardi is the founder and principal attorney of Gagliardi Law, P.C., where he focuses his practice on estate planning. He counsels clients on planning for the future, protecting and preserving what they have built, and navigating complex circumstances with greater clarity and peace of mind.

Before founding the firm, Ben spent more than a decade as in-house counsel for a government agency, advising public officials on a broad range of transactional and administrative legal matters, including matters involving tax and trust law. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a litigator at a boutique Boston law firm. His experience across private practice and government informs the practical, thoughtful approach he brings to his estate planning practice.
